Our network of carers make a difference in so many ways. They provide life-changing excellent care and support, at a time when it can be easy to feel cut off from the outside world, and help older people stay connected to the things that matter most in their lives like companionship, community activities as well as cooking and cleaning, these professional carers monitor the health of the most vulnerable and can alert the authorities if action needs to be taken.

As we all know that care is as much about making a difference, and living well. As a self-employed carer with SCA, you’ll charge your own rates on each service you provide on your profile, be it hourly - live in care, this means you will be paid better than a traditional care agency.

You will receive total support from our dedicated team – because you can’t be expected to care for others, if you don’t have the right support yourself. Our self-employed carers are able to support a range of service needs including dementia, elderly, respite and any other care needs on a one-off, short-term, long-term or ongoing basis that includes short-term care for people convalescing post-discharge from hospital or post-operation.
