What does it all cost?
Each carer cleared to use our platform has a set rate on their profile which includes all their taxes, they are all registered with HMRC as self-employed, enabling them to pay for their PAYE, we will charge a 12% for marketing their services and other admin fees. The rates on using home care service is quite cheaper and cost effective than that of a traditional agency, even competitive than care homes.
Do I need to pay carers with PAYE?
The answer is NO. All carers on our platform are self-employed, they set their own rates, work with multiple clients over the course of the whole year, they pay their own taxes. All rates includes taxes.
