About me
I am a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistant with a strong background in nursing and mental health care. I have hands-on experience working in both residential care homes and domiciliary care settings in the UK, supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.I am experienced in providing high-quality personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, moving and handling, and supporting with meals and hydration. I have worked with older adults and individuals living with dementia, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and autism. I am confident in monitoring wellbeing, maintaining accurate care records, following care plans, and reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
I am a caring and patient individual with good communication skills and a friendly, respectful approach.
