About me
I am a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant with a strong background in nursing and hands-on experience supporting patients in busy healthcare settings. I have trained in general nursing and bring several years of practical experience delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with diverse physical, emotional, and social needs.I am confident in assisting with personal care, toileting, nutrition and hydration, mobility support, and carrying out and recording vital observations accurately.
